What does the 8 week abs transformation consist of?
Two ab-circuits of 30 – 35 minutes each.
Intermediate – Advanced but anyone can try it and who knows, you might surprise yourself!
Do you need to do anything extra?
As with all programs it is advisable to consume a calorie controlled diet. It is advisable that you are in a 200 – 300 calorie deficit which means you need to burn more calories in a day than you consume and to help increase calorie expenditure adding a bit of cardio and weight training will also help you reach those toning and fat loss goals and to transform your abs in 8 weeks.

How much cardio?
